I can't get the hand of OH

Have you ever done OH with left hand? THIS IS AWFUL TURN! R U are good but L is worst turn in my hand

I have never done OH with my left hand before.

Then try it.. It's the same to do with right hand R turns. Much better is to do L and U with right. I use left only because most of the algs need R U turns.

It's A LOT easier to do z then U'/U to do an L turn...

Well yea but L is still at my opinion the worst turn while OH...

I don't find L to be that hard with the left hand. But maybe that's because I'm so slow with everything, so it's relatively not that bad. I do an L by holding the cube with my thumb on FU and my fourth finger on the B center, with my fifth finger supporting the cube from below, and I grab the corner BUL with the second joint of my second finger and pull towards me. It sounds awkward describing it, but it's really quite fast. It's almost the same motion that I use for U' (same grip), and it's almost as fast as U'.

L', on the other hand, I find rather difficult. For that I essentially do a z and then a U'.

I don't know any special pages for that but http://www.cubestation.co.uk/cs2/index.php?page=3x3x3/3x3x3 You choose the alg and don't look only the first alg but others too. Look at the ones that have most R U turns and not L turns. Also try to do them OH so you'll find out the best way to do an alg.

Also you can use cube explorer (don't know the link by my head).. Insert the cube-position you want and choose R U turns.

There are special PLL-s that make you faster. They don't contain bad turns such as L and others. (when lefthanded.. with righthanded then don't contain R). I don't use them cause I just started and I'm not so good but I think I'll do it after some time when my 2H is better already.

Erm...L and R are not hard...Just to a semi-z move and reach with your index to push a U and just go back to normal...it is the same for right handed, just mirrored. And by the way, the reason you are not so good, is because you do not practice it

I already know more than enough PLLs. Just ask for any ones you need. But I don't think it is possible to get a really great alg for F, E or V.

Edit: Why is L bad? My LUR J perms are sub-2 (single) and sub-3 (average). F and B are bad. Even F isn't that bad, just watch Lofty do a T or R perm.

F: not really great, but i find faster than the normal - RUR'U') (R'UR) (U2) (L'R') (URU'L) (U'RU'R'
the L'/R' can be done in either order, obviously.

I use z U/U'... although a L w/o a z is hard to do (with my LH) U's are easy, just put your finger (index) and straighten

I use the algs from lofty's site and they're awesome. Also L turns are the least of your worries. Try an M slice or an E slice or something. I personally think B and D moves suck OH more than anything, and I'm decent at it now.
