I am new.Stuff about me.

Welcome. With regards to Roux:

It's not slow at all. I love it. I got to witness Richard Meyer rock the house using Roux and K4 at US Nationals.

Welcome!
What methods do you use for your cubes? :)

3x3x3 intuitive f2l,2 look oll and 2 look pll.
I am learning full pll right now. I know 16 algs for pll now.

4x4x4 I get centers, Wait I think it is called reduction method.
Yep.
Not to push you, but I'd suggest trying out other methods, like Petrus and Roux for the 3x3, and K4 for bigcubes :)
The methods you use now are good, but it's fun to learn new stuff :)
Is K4 method quicker?
I take 1 minute for the 3x3x3 part of 4x4x4 solve.

Oh my goodness you must be amazing at Centers and edges compared to your 3x3 times!

Since you're already learning Fridrich, I'd recommend to stay with that. You're already learning it!

Once you feel you've mastered that, explore other methods and see if you find something you like!

Adding on the what Stachuk1992 said, a good way to form your own method is by taking bits and pieces of other methods.
By doing this, you find out what works best for you. I do this and it works.

Right now I do this:
Cross Algs: 0.
3 slots of F2L: This sets up the next step. Algs: Intuitive: 0. All F2L: 41. Edges first F2L Algs: 5. Practical Algs: 5 (edges first).
ELS: This is from a method called MGLS, where here you put the last slot's edge in and orient the LL corners. Algs: 20. Practical Algs: 3 (4 if you count different rotation of the cube, but I use 3).
Last corner of F2L: Using one of 5 easy algorithms to finish F2L while maintaining the LL cross. Algs: 5. Practical Algs: 3. (These are same algs as edges first F2L!)
COLL: This step orients AND permutes the LL corners in one swift algorithm. Algs: 40. Practical Algs: (Sune and Antisune only) 12. (I haven't memo'd them all yet.)
PLL for edges Algs: 4. Practical Algs: 4.

Total algorithms needed for all cases: 110.
Total algorithms for practical use: 20.

See? Easy method made from different methods.
