I'm SpeedPube, although I'm not speedy at all when it comes to solving the cube. In fact about a week ago I solved the rubik's cube I bought in 1980 so it took me 32 years, and I needed to use algorithms too. :s
Yesterday I managed to solve the cube for the first time without referring to the algorithms, so I'm pretty pleased with the progress I've been making.
Best time is only 4mins 40secs but I'm trying to see things better now rather then just race myself into a mess I don't really understand.
