I was just wondering how i would find a wholesaler for some popular speedcubes. I wanted to know if i need to have like a registered business and if i would need to speak chinese(mandarin or some other dialect). Most people prbly wont tell me their wholesaler(although that would be nice :)
but i just wanted to know how i would go about finding one myself and if its fairl easy or a longshot

Unless edison cubes were an exception, its haaarrrrdddd. Something I used to help was typing in what i wanted to google into google translate and translated it into chinese, then googled that in chinese google. You can find a lot of neat sites with quite cheap prices. And no, you don't need a registered business unless you plan on having a pretty large and steady income flow that will get the government suspicious.

If you want to translate something in Chinese, I can help you.
Google epic fails at translating. When you enter "careful, slippery floor" in to google translate, you get "carefully slip". A lot of stuff will be lost if you use google translate.
You just need a supplier that will sell you cubes. Most just happen to be in China. If you find trying to contact them in English is hard, try contacting them in Chinese but make sure they can actually read it. You could try asking some US based stores where they order their cubes and see if they will tell you or give you suggestions. You only need a registered business if you don't want the government to be suspicious of huge packages full of cubes.
