How to train finger trick when use one view metode?

can someone tell me , how to train our finger when we use one view, and what are recommed f2l metode to use?

one view is solve a rubik cube , without rrotation the cube( without x x' y y') i dont know the name, but my friend say it "one view"

Uhmm... It sounds to me like you want a method for solving F2L that doesn't require any cube rotations.

ZZ starts off with an EO Line and then the rest of the F2L is RUL 3gen, meaning no cube rotations (one view).

If you learn ALOT of F2L tricks, you could probably just do fridrich without any rotations during the solve.

Fingertricks just come on their own with a good cube.
