How to swop centres on megaminx

Anyone knows of an algorithm/intuitive method to swop centre pieces on a megaminx? Other than solving it from scratch, or changing the centre caps, of course.

The centres are fixed. If you really want to swap them, change the centre caps around.

I honestly don't think there is a way.

You could also resticker it that way.

You could solve with the centres swopped

just intuitively swap corners/edges to around the different centers.

Wow, no one thought to Google it?

Here are algorithms for various megaminx patterns including a couple with centers moved. As you can see, they're rather involved, though - you have to do a couple of patterns 36 times! At least they should be fairly easy to memorize.
