I learnt beginners LBL when I was 14 (1.5 years ago).

Put down the cube for 8 months and picked it back up again and have been learning fridrich for nearly 3months now.

i remember seeing this guy setting the world record for BLD in guiness when i was a kid, i can't remember exactly when i think i was 5 at that time. So naturally i became facsinated especially a few weeks before i had a birthday gift = a cube! So i hadn't really lost hope in cubing until early this year i joined a new class. And this guy brought his cube everyday and i was soon obsessed and started learning the LBL and in 3 days i can solve a 3x3 with all algorithms memorised and in my exam year too. Soon it became a mania for me and after a couple of months, i was able to surpass my classmate. since then, cubing has became a part of my life, and not one day has passed without playing with a cube. now is december 23, so i have been cubing for 10 months.

P.S.:sorrry for the long history is just that i have nothing to do

Well.. I started twice..

First solved the cube when I was 11 but I began speedcubing when I was 14
