13 when I started I'm 15 now. I wouldn't say I jumped right into it but I started pretty quickly after I learned it. I started considering myself a speedcuber after February '09. At this point I was sub-20. I got happy with how good I was (even though I wasn't that good and I kept training) probably when I got sub-6 2x2 back in like May.

I got my first cube in 1999 when I was 7. I solved it and then just got bored of it for the next 7 years. When I was 14, I started it again but this time for speed.

I'm 17 now.

I started last autumn at the age of 16, now 17.
I dont like calling myself a speedcuber, i prefer to solve the cube with arkward methods and really restricted sets of algorythms (but not with stupid things like beginners method)

I started cubing when I was 14, I'm 15 now (till next week).

I was 21 when I first solved a cube. I'd say I was 22 when I first started really speedcubing, though. I'm now 23, soon to be 24.
