Glad you liked it :). Feel free to share your cases (or e.g. the highest one achieved) with us. If you don´t know how, there is this post.

Oh, and my 8-mover was 1 move, then 7-move pure domino reduction too. Too bad I made that first move wrong, resulting in 9 moves instead of 8.

Made it to 7. I think that the most impressive part of this is that at like 4, non-cubers would see that puzzle as scrambled. It's actually rather easy to figure out if you know what you're looking for.

Don't sell yourself short folks, even if you're not breaking records, you're still doing something that so many people have convinced themselves that they can't. Take pride in that accomplishment.

World class FMC solvers (@Cale S, @guysensei1, @ottozing, @porkynator, Firstian Fushada / others), do you want to participate in this challenge too?
Only just saw this :P

I don't know if I can personally be bothered, but I do think any world class DR/HTR solver would be good at this on scrambles that aren't super quarter turn heavy since they're likely to follow some mini DR structure

I completed the 10 mover! The solution was D L F' B2 D U' L' F2 D B2, so the scramble B2 D' F2 L U D' B2 F L' D'. Up to 9 move scrambles, I just looked intuitively what could possibly work until something did, but here that didn't really work so I tried FMC techniques. D L F' was a simple EO, and then I guess B2 D U' L' is DR but I didn't find it that way because I don't really do FMC. Instead, I found that after EO, D U' L F2 D B2 leaves 3 edges, and then I found an insertion that added one move somehow. It was a bit of a mess trying to figure it all out on my phone lol but hey I got it to work ig

Maybe FMC is fun after all?
