how long did it take for you to get sub 20 on 3x3?

I use right hand and avg 35. I use the table to do those moves though

Anytime I am doing good something happens like ill use the wrong gperm or i drop the cube.(done that too much.) Most of the time I am just slow.

Same. I just got a new lubricant, and it actually make my X-man SLOWER. So now it is extremely hard to turn.

my goal was to "be sub20" in a year
that mean a sub20 single, but I kept getting faster singles and I realized I could have a sub20 avg in less than a year. then I got some sub20 avg5, avg12, then avg100. I was so happy that I achieved my goals

then I stopped improving and I feel like garbage

i only improved 1 time on sub 30 then I got a really good cube and now I average 21 seconds.

I can't remember what lube it is and i cant remember where it is. It was a speedcubeshop lube, though.

I've coached friends to sub 20 in 2-3 months, but I believe I could now do it in 1-2 months, maybe even less, depending on the dedication of the person.

It took me 4 or 5 months since i started speedcubing but I knew how to solve the cube 3 years before that

It took me 2 months after I got a proper speedcube. My first speedcube was the Dayan Zhanchi in 2013.

I struggled on a Rubik's brand for 5 years lol.
