How long did it take you to get sub 1 minute on 4x4?

Well I've had my 4x4 for about 3-4 days now and I just had my first sub 2 single today. Edge pairing and centers kill me!

That's pretty good. I think I practiced for over a month before I got to that point.

I have been doing 4x4 for a year but I avg 1:15 I use SS V5 with yau but I do around 20 solves per month but most of the time I just do 5 solves than not solve for a while

I don't really remember when I got sub-1, and I think even after I was sub-1 for a while, I went back to sup-1 for a bit. If we go by the first time I got a sub-1 average in comp, that was in September of 2015, and I had been doing 4x4 for just over 2 years by then. I was using a ShengShou 4x4 V4 until whenever the AoSu came out; then I switched to that.
