How I should continue?

I would think it this way: you can make cube on average 46 moves using fridrich; that "forces" you to make 46 moves in 20 sec and that is about 2 tps. OK, so when you are training use 3-4tps to look-a-head in f2l.. oll+pll you should make as fast as you can. When you are VERY confortable with 3-4 tps, try 2-3tps and so on

btw, I'm currently training with 1tps trying to find good algs for f2l for me :)

hmm... I don't think it's easy to get an average of 46 moves using fridrich...I need around 70 moves average for fridrich(quarter turn metric - 2 look oll and 1 look pll).. and why do u say comfortable with 3~4 tps first only try 2~3 tps? Shouldn't it be the other way round? If I am not mistaken... tps means turns per second right? or am I wrong?

unless you have an extremely efficient f2l, at least one x-cross and 2 look ll, i seriously doubt that the average fridrich solve takes 46 moves. add at the VERY LEAST ten to that.
my PB in FMC is 37, and i average 43 moves.

-,- good morning all yes of course in that way :)

And my hands are shaking

I can do no more fast solves today cause Im tired, so im gonna train like u told me!

What do u think, what is good speed for me? In here: http://www.metronomeonline.com/

Actually I got it after 7 weeks :p
Now Im kinda stuck...
How do u practice nowadays?

Actually, I know all OLLs already! I learned last OLL 52days after my start! ^^
So what can I do now? :D

you should get used to it.. your PLL and OLL times are not that fast.. if you just play around and solve it a couple of times each day instead of allways stop your time, you will be more relaxed while solving and maybe it will help you with your times. At least it helped me, although I don't practice alot.

I will try it if nothing more I can do! ^^

Not a bad PLL attack cyber! My record is a minute 4, I'll get sub min by the end of the month. Like I said before cyber, and most people are beginning to suggest this to you now too, train that last layer. That day we cubed I was getting 7 second last layers consistently. The differrence between that and you're last layer was more than the difference in our times. In other words your f2l is about 4 seconds faster than mine on average, now just get that recognition of those oll+plls up. Do a few random olls without looking to get a random case, put your hands on the timer, then look at the cube and recall and apply the algs as fast as you can. Should get you around like 27 seconds avg!

Some of my "personal trainers" are telling me train cross F2L combination
and others train LL so Im gonna train both... =) I just don't know... =(

practice reducing gaps between your cross/f2l, and pairs/pairs.
good LL algorithm times will come with a good cube. you don't really need to practice them for now. honing your recognition seems to be the most important thing right now.
:)

well my suggestion is that you just solve it 50 times the day on average and then you'll manage sub 20 avg in about 4 months.
I don't mean a record avg of 19.xx, I mean the average of 100 or 500 or how often you solve it the day is gonna be sub 20
