How do you solve this?

My friend showed me this cube that he got a few days ago. Does anyone know how to solve it? Can someone make a guide on it?

Isn't it just a 3x3x3 shape transformation?

In that case, just solve it like you would a regular 3x3x3. It is just harder to visualize it as a 3x3x3.

My brother got one and he named if the Waffer cube, a must have for Waffle.

No, as I wrote it is a barrel but with extended pieces (glued on, not moving), just a normal 3x3x3 core inside
