Its perfectly alright, however, I prefer R' U' x R' U R U' R' U R U' x' U R.

How its alright man,its broken,just do 1 face of the cube,put it on bottom apply the alg and watch how it doesnt even gets to initial form,..waht to talk abot the oll in that case..ur alg is good but to complicated aniything simpler ?

Those are the two main algorithms for that OLL case, you won't find anything simpler. Most people prefer the same one as Antoine. You can also try performing it like R' U' (R' F R F')*2 U R, you don't really need to perform the rotations.
