ok. i just spent a few minutes trying to work with that and i'm not sure how to grip it. do you have any videos of someone using this alg?

I recommend R B' R2' F R2 B R2' F' R (do U2 before the alg if you start from the exact position on your picture). There's a slight regrip in the beginning and after that the alg flows really well.
