So, on 2x2, I use the one looking method.

I have a bit of a problem whenever I try to look for multiple solutions. If I have already planned out a solution and I try to look for other solutions, I forget the case I planned initially.

This is a problem because if I realize that the other solutions that I found were bad or if I don't have enough time to look for the other solutions, it completely kills my solve.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

IDK man, don't usually have this problem. Maybe do unlimited inspection practice where you one-look two solutions, and choose the best one without going back to the first solution. Try to remember the solutions. If you have multiple cubes, maybe have them in the same scramble and after one looking them, do a MBLD attempt of some sort or something where you do a different solution for each cube.

Its ok to have to re-do the earlier solutions you one-looked. So you can one-look solution A, then solution B. At that point, you should have an idea of how good solution A was. If it was better than B, you can go back and confirm the solution, this time, one-looking should take less time since the LL case should be familiar. The main thing to remember is what face you made for both solutions, or you may get lost
