how do I lube my mgc 4x4 to the fastest it can get

Tbh, I use Yamaha Trombone Slide Cream
It works great, and you could probably use it on hardware because it is made to be used on metal. It also won't kill the plastic.
But, if you want to use conventional lubrication, I would recommend trying a few from the Yoo Cube, break em in, and work from there
I wanna use actual lube and I tried the yoo lube but it made it slow

4x4's take a lot of time to break in so even if you use a fast lube like DMN-37 you cube will feel slow. So, you will still need to turn it a lot before it fully breaks in and it gets fast. Personally, it took me around 40-50 solves for the lube to make the cube turn fast. If that seems like a lot, then next time maybe you might want to add less lube.

Yoo lubes are DMN, Mystic, Weight 5, and Dignitas. DMN and Mystic make the cube smoother and faster, Weight 5 makes it slower, and Dignitas has a lot of viscosity and cushion. There is a chance that you might be using Weight 5. That is the one in the syringe.

I was using all of the yoo lubes
