How do I learn Orozco corners??? (Yann1qua12DagOat's progression thread)

Okay, so I haven't learnt anything new for 3bld in quite a while (over half a year), so I decided I want to learn Orozco corners.
So I yesterday I sat down for an hour and watched every tutorial I could find TWICE and now after doing the same thing again today I still don't get it.
Do people just learn the commutators from a sheet? If so, where do I find one?


Sorry if I sound like one of those people who just got sub-30 and is asking about F2L algs or something but holy I have no clue what I'm doing so help would be super appreciated!!!
