I want to get better at OH, but i cant seem to get past the sub-17 barrier consistently. Here are the issues that i noticed with my solving:
I undo some of my moves sometimes when trying to turn fast.
I cant seem to turn fast.
My pinky finger gets tired when trying to turn at my fastest.

I would really appreciate any kind of help as I have a goal to reach sub-14 consistently.

Main for OH: GAN 12 Maglev
Method: CFOP
Goal: Sub-14
Usual Average: around 18.1-18.2

I don't recommend trying to turn at your fastest for F2L if you don't have great lookahead, try to drill your LL algs and learn better ones for OH (I'll link some resources later)

Also if you use the table a lot when solving, try to only use it while rotating, I did the same thing and recently got my average down to low 13 somehow

Number one thing, learn good LL algs. If you want to get that fast then you need to have the proper algs.
Then drill your LL algs a lot, and if you are using other alg sets like ZB, then drill those algs until you can't not do them. You really want to make sure you know all of your algs and you won't do OLL-PLL if you want to do ZBLL for cases. Same goes for alternate OLL and PLL algs.
To drill TPS, do OLL, PLL, or any alg set you use, and try to turn as fast as you can, and even try to turn faster than you feel like you can do.
You should have different cross solutions than 2H solutions, this just takes practice and looking at some top solvers' reconstructions to get the feel for what is a good cross solution.
Also make sure you are using good algs for F2L as well, and make sure that your solutions are good. If you average around 60-65 moves, then you only need around 5 TPS to become sub 14. And with more efficient solutions you need even less TPS which makes it easier to get. You'll probably want to have cross and F2L done under 9-10 seconds so you have 4-5 seconds for OLL-PLL.
As for your pinky getting tired, it will happen. I recommend doing more solves after you pinky gets tired until you can't solve anymore, within safe bounds of course. This should get you more used to solving for longer.
For undoing moves, it occasionally happens to me, and I don't really know how to get rid of it completely. But try to turn more accurately with slow turning solves to really practice good finger tricks, and that might help with the issue.
Do you have any recent Moyu releases? Because if so, I think they are better than the GAN 12 but if not, the GAN 12 can work well enough.
It's gonna take time for all of this to make you faster, and don't be discouraged if progress slows.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
