How can I get this algorithm fast?

Jean Pons did cross on top and he set the single WR and won 2005 Worlds. This serves as your monthly dose of cubing history.

I've tryed, but it's just hard, when I have done it to the upside for my whole life. It's very hard to change it right now.

It's always hard to change algorithms and perspectives, can be a little scary. I had some of the worst R perms until a few months ago, your times will take a brief hit because you have to really force yourself to use the new algorithm at the expense of a bad time. After about two weeks of practicing with the new algs, I overwrote a 7 year habit/muscle memory.

I would be more worried about any kind of look ahead being the major issue unless he solves with the cube above his head.

I hav heard of others who haven't switch, but most people switch before they hit sub-20.
I'm not particularly worried about times or what people see, they don't have any real affect on the authority of someone on a particular subject. Faster does not mean more knowledgable, nor does more knowledgable mean faster.
I don't have a working camera. I filmed ONE TIME back when I was barely sub-25 and the camera broke because of the ridiculous process of removing my microSD card from it.
Come Christmas, I'll be filming, but I'll also be doing cross on bottom...:/
