How can I get this algorithm fast?

I've tryed, but it's just hard, when I have done it to the upside for my whole life. It's very hard to change it right now.

Few things, man.
First off, if you've only been cubing for a few weeks, switching F2L orientation will not be that hard. In fact, I've even considered switching to F2L on left for better fingertricks, and I'm a veryyy well "programmed" cuber. If you've been cubing for years and years and you sitll do it this way, you should know that I'm sub-10 and I fijnd f2L on bottom extremely challenging to do in sub-20. So it may behoove you to try changing.
That being said, up until 2 weeks ago, I'm been solving white cross only on top and flipping the cube to do F2L and I was sub-12. I'm switching to cross on bottom and CN and it's very very challenging but lots of practice and MANY walktrhough solves and untimed solves where I take it slow have been helping me. Once I get to the same mastery I had with cross on top, I should be pretty fast. This can apply to you, bro.
Practice. don't hesitate to learn new things (Reason I learned Roux, Heise, and ZZ) and finally, slow down and look ahead.

Can you do me a favor and film some solves? I've never seen anyone sub 12 who flips to do f2l..

Kennan. What are you doing. Fix this atrocity now. lol.

Seriously don't do cross on the top. Just don't. Please.
Unless you really want to, but it's less efficient and stuff.

Oh you do F2L on the top too?
/flail/ don't. D moves are a lot slower than U moves.

Having said (ranted) that, if for some reason you're actually better at D moves than U moves:
1. Post a video
2. Practice the algorithm like heck.
3. Why do you use algorithmic F2L?

I do cross on bottom bro..

Rob Yau is cross on top and so is D Shepz IIRC the conversation I had with Daniel.

I would be more worried about any kind of look ahead being the major issue unless he solves with the cube above his head.
