So you're saying that at this stage practice is the best strategy?
Well, at all stages, practice IS the best strategy, but answering your question, yes.

so I do not need to learn more algorithms yet such as some full oll and pll?
Someone could explain what is and how to use the "keyhole" ?? I've been reading that a lot, but I don't understand what is and its help in the solution. :/ I ask because some previous post talk about that
please!
Finish learning OLL. It will help a lot. Once you finish, get good algs and improve recognition you'll be very close to sub-10. Also focus on looking ahead, since minimising pauses is one of the easiest ways to get faster. What should I do to be sub 10?
Currently I average around 11~high 10. I know full PLL and about 35 OLLs.
I would like to sub 10 in a month and get an official sub 10 average in 2month.
Is this a possibility?

Your F2L could be faster. Do more slow solving, trying to not pause and just keep turning up until OLL. It could be helpful to go VERY slowly at first (like 1 TPS) and then slowly turn faster and faster until you get back to your normal times.1) What is the main thing I should do to get faster? I know all 78 LL algs, and I am sort of bad at CP recognition. My Cross+F2L takes about 2/3 of the time, and my OLL and PLL are split pretty evenly but if anything OLL is a bit faster. I notice that if I get the F2L done in around 8 seconds I will usually get a sub-14 or possibly sub-13.
Don't recognise CP, recognise sticker patterns. These will help your recognition a lot if you were trying to recognise CP before. Also, try to find better EPLLs - have you tried the MU U perms?2) Is learning COLL really worth it? I know a few of them, but I really suck at CP recognition and I manage to be sup-5 on 2x2 with most of CLL. Besides, my edge permutations aren't super great. 1.65 for Z, 1.5 for U, 1.35 for H. My worst PLL (Nb) takes under 3.
For both WV and COLL, you only need to learn the easier cases. For WV, the ones with 2-3 oriented corners are quite easy to learn and recognise, and so is R U2 R'. Those are the only ones I know.3) What about WV? If so, which ones?
Depends on the competition. I doubt that would be enough at a small UK comp but it could be different where you are.4) Can you podium or have a (decent) chance of podiuming at a small competition with sub-12?
Almost certainly.5) Is it at all possible to improve from 14.2 to 11.9 in under 2 months?
This would be a lot harder. 13s would be more realistic to aim for, especially if you wanted to get sub-12 by 8/8.6) Can I get to 12.5 on my 12.5th birthday (7/7/2015) because that would be really (sort of*) cool (and impossible because that is like 3 weeks from now)?

Let's just say St. Louis area is the absolute worst place in the US to live for cubing purposes. I've only been to one comp that is under 200 miles from here. At the small competitions (40 competitors) that I have been to, the 3rd place was sup-13.
