how can i get faster at 4x4?

i was wondering what i need to do to get faster my centers are like 15-17 edges are like 35-40 and then 3x3 is like 30 ? how can i get faster

Just keep solving everything.

However, if you want to be specific, you can definitely improve the most on edges at this point.

Most (including me) would recommend M, but it is personal preference.

I prefer M, but that's just me.

E pairing is good.

I use M, its more fingertrick and look friendly to me. Since i dont have to use D turns to get to the pieces I need, and wayy more U turns, which i prefer.

Also, doing centers efficiently helps, and practicing that may help. The 3x3 is a no brainer, and edges may take a little while to get efficient and without pauses.
