How can I get better at no inspection solves?

White-Cross Only, only plan your cross, and work and recognizing fast cross solutions and work for Sub-2 Inspection+Cross. Don't try to plan things like first pair or X-Cross

I use roux, so should I do fixed first block?

What does practicing no inspection solves accomplish
Let's say I need to solve many cubes in a row with no time for inspection

I actually want to solve lots of cubes while riding a bike

Are you going for the world record?

What does practicing no inspection solves accomplish?
What does any form of speed cubing accomplish?
They could've made official competitions use no inspection like BLD. would change strategies a lot

Google former wca events.

Former events

  • 3x3x3 No Inspection (removed in 2006)
Apparently it wasn't that good of a sport.

that's assuming early WCA decisions were good, and not just a new organization finding their way through a uncharted territory!

When you're finishing a solve, look ahead to the next one. It's not truly "no inspection".

(Now that I think about it, it's probably harder with Roux than with CFOP or other F2L-based methods because you're already constantly expending lookahead effort during LSE, as opposed to a mindless TPS burst during a last layer alg.)

An Avghexa100 is something brought to attention (or maybe he came up with) by Max Park in which you do an Ao100 in one sitting with no inspection in between solves.
No, that's just a cheeky way of saying ao256 (because 256 is written as "100" in hexadecimal).

I think I can look at next solve during 4c. However the cubes will be in a basket behind me soo...
