Here's the solution that I reconstructed just now.

D L B2 L2 R' F2 L F U' L' R2 F2 U R2 B U' B
L D R D R' F R U R' U' R U' L' U L (D' U') // xxcross
D2 R U' R' D2 // 3rd & 4th pairs
U' R U R' U R' U' R2 U' R' U R' U R // PLL
36STM /3.34=10.78TPS

Apparently Timofei broke his OH PR single A few weeks ago.

R2 U R2 F2 U2 B2 R2 D2 F2 R U B2 D' F L2 D L' D' F

z2 // inspection
D R F R' U' R z U' U' R U' U' z' // xcross
y U' R U' R' z U' R U // 2nd pair
x' R U' R' U z' // 3rd pair
y U' U' R U' R' F R' F' R // 4th pair
R' U' R U' R' U' U' R U' U' // ZBLL
41STM /6.59=6.22TPS

I hate to break it to you, but 3.40 is not really considered a high ranking 2x2 single. Congrats to him nonetheless, though!
