Hi everyone,
Been solid with the beginner’s method for a while, but decided to pull the trigger on a new cube (DaYan ZanChi) and get into speed cubing about a week and a half ago. So far, my time is measured in days.
Actually, the last time I checked it was just under 2 ½ minutes, sadly. I’m using CFOP and solving F2L “intuitively” is really kicking me in the pants. But I have hope that as I keep practicing it will all click and I’ll be sub 40, then sub 30, etc. here soon. Once I feel comfortable with everything, then I’ll start timing my solves.
A little bit about me: I’m in my late 30’s and have a wife and 3 kids. Although I enjoy a few different hobbies, I’ve never been interested in joining any forums until I started searching through the internet for help on speed cubing. You all seem like a pretty good group and I look forward to being a part of it!
