I thought people like b4p4076 would be able to keep the rational level up when I'm gone, but apparently most of them don't really care much for this.

Sorry. I've kinda realized that the masses want products specifically labeled towards their hobby.

Fictive example:

CuberA : Hey bruv, what do you lube your GuHong with? I use *insert popular Lubix clone name here*...:tu
CuberB : Dude! Stop calling it a GuHong, it's a "Lubix Ultimate"!
CuberA : Yeah...so...which lube?
CuberB : What is it with you? Are you stoopid? LUBIX BRAH!!
Enter CuberC
CuberC : Erm...Sorry to budge in but I couldn't help overhearing. anyway, just get shock oil, it's the same as what you guys are already using but cheaper :)
CuberA : What?...GTFO hater!
CuberB : Yeah bruv, shock oil is for RC cars and sh*t. It's not specifically made for cubers so it can't be as good. You should lurk moar ;)
Cuber C : *quietly departs*.
Enter lube reseller with a hand full of lube syringes
Cube reseller : Okay b*tches, who's up for their next shot?
Cuber A : GIMME!!
Cuber B : Is it as good as *insert popular Lubix clone name here*?

I've given up being CuberC. Let the people buy what they want. Who am I to keep nagging.

*Puts his clown nose back on and prances back to trolling other threads*.

P.S. But seriously, sorry for disappointing you. I'm here for recreation too you know ;)

Cuber C FTW. Heck, I don't even use shock oil. I was planning to buy shock oil before I found out by luck that my uncle's treadmill came with 3 bottles (about 40cc each) of amazing silicone lube (which he never uses). That'll last me a while.
However, I do like the accuracy that a syringe (and needle tip) gives me (I had my mom bring them home from work).

I rike rubing my aroobics cube good with rube.
Seriously though? just let'em buy what they want. Lubix is for people can afford a bit "higher class" lube. ( in Camcuber's review it showed lubix was slightly faster than traxxas)
Shock is fr those who can settle with lube that's good quality and cheper. Just clam down.

I don't really know what to say anymore, seeing the current state our hardware discussion have became in just a few months without me.

Well, I guess I can't really expect someone to do such a tedious job as correcting every irrationality that appears (especially when I myself too had grown exhausted from it), but simply having the forum flooded by them is just unacceptable.

PS: This post is by no means directed at this thread or any particular topic. I'm just sad to see nothing but craps flooding the hardware forum, and felt that this thread may be a good place to say it.

"Blah blah blah I'm so cool blah blah you're lost without me blah blah blah.

Blah blah blah something is irrational here blah blah but I won't bother to tell you what blah or why blah blah blah."

I might get some helplube when sold in bulk. If that small package of 2cc lubes at least 25 cubes then 8cc of it will lube 100 cubes. I only have 10. I can lube my 10 cubes 10 times each! SO MUCH MATH!

What makes it a higher class?
Is this one of those "It is brand name and more expensive, which means it's higher class" kind of things?

Have you tried it yourself? Or did you just watch camcuber turn sides on a cube and say "Hmm, Lubix seems faster."

I bought 2cc of Lubix for $10. I then bought 50cc of of 50k Traxxas Diff Oil for $8.
I put each one in a AV first, and tried it out. They both felt exactly the same to me. Everything about it, even the sound.
I then put it in my FII, and they again felt exactly the same.
And then, I put it in my Guhong, and it still felt exactly the same.

I just think people should try it themselves. Many, like me, cannot distinguish the difference between the 2, when you feel a cube with one or the other.

lubing the cube 10 times in a row isnt a smart idea...

and it takes a LONG time for this stuff to wear out, since its such a high viscosity.
