There is no such parity on Magic. This Magic has been assembled wrong and needs to be disassembled

Ask the one that sold it to you. But in Holland (and I am assuming in many other countries) goods that are sold should be "functional and according to the expected behavior". We also have a law that allows you to return all internet purchases within 8 days "no questions asked"

Get a screwdriver and restring it? Chances are, you'll break it soon enough

I'd just restring it.
