Help with broken 4x4

So I was playing with it for a few weeks or so after I got it. It didn't pop too much, but a few days ago, the center pieces broke in half. I put them back together, but it only kind of stayed on. Then the core broke in half, but this time I couldn't fix it. So just asking is it that I'm playing with it too rough, the brand, or the 4x4x4 cube itself. It was my first 4x4x4. XD

Which brand was it? If the core 'broke in half' it could just be some screws that came loose. Or it could be that it broke. It's probably not because you used it too rough, though.

Because my 1st 4x4 was a QJ too and the same happened to me...

i've broke a mini qj core before ,if it's a Qj, then just get another one
