I have been using my YUGA + Old A core hybrid for 2 months now... It came prelubed and it was AWESOME!!! But, after i made the hybrid and wiped the lube off, it was an average cube... Back then, I didn't have silicone spray, so i used ArmorAll... I let it dry overnight and when i woke up the next morning, i saw that the cube was sticky... I tried breaking it in with ~120 solves, but nothing happened... When I wiped off the armorall, it became normal again!!! This is not a problem, with aromrall, as i have used it many times on my storebought cube...

I finally found silicone spray and i lubed it... I used Cyclo Silicone Spray... I am having the same problem!!!! I lubed my Rubik's brand storebought and it works REALLY well!!! Can someone help me?!?!?! Could it have something to do with the fact that my Rubik's Brand cubies are sanded?? BTW, my YUGA cubies are also well broken in...

On my Yuga I thought it was horrible with the lube it came with, but after I cleaned it out and added Jig-a-Loo it moved great. I just popped out 6 edges around different sides and sprayed a little in there.

CRC still seems to lube EVERYTHING.
I've yet to try Jig-A-Loo, but CRC has worked literally somehow on EVERY SINGLE CUBE I'VE LUBED IT WITH.

I'm starting to think that "Multi-Use" actually MEANT multi-use...

And to think I only got it for ~2 dollars.

I gotta get me more of those the next time I go back!! :D

that may be part of the problem. try sanding your YUGA pieces and then see how it feels. i turned a slow storebought cube that i had for months into a really fast (comparable to my diys) speedcube just by sanding the pieces and relubing it.

i dont know if you have solved your problem yet but i may be able 2 help. i had the same problem so i wiped as much of my lube off as i could and then put all the cubies and the core in warm water over night.i then drained the waterand and ran every piece under a fast flowing tap. dry the cubies and the core then lube as you would normally and your cube should be better
