it's kinda hard to see what you're doing from that angle. Also, you can't see the colours with that kind of lighting. Maybe you could change that?
Oh btw im trying to get sub-20 too

Other than looking ahead and minimizing pauses, I'd say you need to improve your cross and transition into f2l . Try tracking a corner when doing the cross.
