CFOP is more practice oriented, as it has a more algorithmic approach, but the bulk of the solve is in the f2l stage, and I think that although just doing solves is good, it is better to practice and improve something which you solve, cuz most people aren't godly at lookahead, tracking pieces, etc. I did switch from Roux to CFOP at around sub-20, so I could've made your guide if only I didn't tryhard with CFOP for the past 2 years lol

Oh so what do you do you improve your f2l? Just slow pauseless solves?

My custom guide service is UP! You'll find the cost quite nice lol

BTW the details are in my first post in this thread!

@Zubin Park , I really like that idea of learning/improving F2L with slow, pauseless solves. Tried that a bit this morning, and I can see how that would help. But then I tried it on my OLLs and PLLs, lol, and realized it was messing me up. I found I do much better on those by muscle memory, at least for now.

So, just so I'm not missing anything, what do you mean when you refer to your custom guide service being UP? Are you talking about this, or something else?

Ah, I see it now! I was reading this thread on Tapatalk, and to be honest, stopped hitting the spoiler links once I read your Sub-30 Tips, because I know I'm not ready for those, so I did not see your Extra Guides.

Very generous of your time and analysis, @Zubin Park ! I won't bother to be put on the waitlist for a custom guide just yet, because I have a lot to improve on just using the guides you posted, and all the other helpful tips on this forum and elsewhere.

Thanks again!

Would about sub 25?
Sorry, I don't know what you mean. If you're asking if sub-25 is good enough to get a custom guide, I would say yes, hesitantly, but if you have no other resources then I could help.

I may push to get it sticky, but first, there has to be a lot of support for this to get stickied, and also I have to finish up the guide with some minor sub-guides, such as the ones I am working on, as well as the sub-25, sub-45, as well as how I practice 3x3

You don't want to push for sticky. It's better if others ask for it to be stickied

I do support sticking this thread
