Started 3 years ago, but then stopped for about a year. Then I started again and have been back into speedcubing for the past 3 months. In that time I learnt full OLL and PLL, and I average sub 19 (PB 12.63). I have never been to a competition but I plan to when I can (covid means UK comps don’t appear on the wca yet). I don’t do much besides 3x3, except for getting a lucky 2x2 scramble and getting 2.69 (I use ortega). So hi.

Welcome! To improve on 3x3, I’d recommend watching example solves to find faster ways to solve certain F2L cases. That seems to be your main issue since you know OLL and PLL already.

Grantham open 2021 is meant to take place on November 6-7th. It has not been announced on the WCA yet, but I think it will be soon.
