Hi everyone, I am new to speedsolving but not new to cubing. I have been cubing for three and a half years. I average 6.05 AO5 on 2x2, 17.83 AO5 on 3x3, 1:33.87 AO5 on 4x4, and my 5x5 average is embarresing. I hope that I can make great contributions to the forum and not be to obnoxios.

It's very nice to meet you and have you on the forum, but two things...

(I edited this to make it more polite and hopefully more accurate.)

1. I personally don't think it's a good idea to introduce yourself by making a new thread like this. Yes, of course, it's nice to know that you're here on the forum, but I don't know if it's necessary to announce your entrance to the speedsolving.com community because I can bet somebody's gonna be cranky about this thread and say something along the lines of "please don't make useless threads". Don't wanna be rude, but IMHO, I think many other people would think this is a pretty useless thread that you've just created here. I can almost bet someone's not gonna be happy about it, or at least that's what I've seen after using this forum for some time now. I could be wrong about that though, as I'm kind of new to speedsolving.com myself.

But at least you were smart enough to put it in the "Off-Topic Discussions" section. You get 5 brownie points for doing that. Earn 100 brownie points and you get a free pan of fresh brownies sent to your house by me... jk, but now that I mention it, don't you wish you could have some nice, warm, soft, chocolately, slightly undercooked brownies? Too bad I don't make some and give them away.

2. When you say you're "new to speedsolving", do you mean you're "new to speedsolving DOT COM"?

Hey, this is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to the forum members and I'm glad you did it like this.
*coughcough*

As a mod, I'm especially glad you put this in the right section!

Welcome! :)

Ohp, Okay, I guess I was wrong. Have fun, Cheese11.

But still, I wouldn't be surprised if someone still gets cranky and complains about a newcomer making "useless threads."

You do realize that this is the member introduction section, right? (Oh, and by the way, I actually have some brownies...)

Anyway, welcome Cheese11. I recognize you since your avatar and your username have nothing in common.

Oh. Didn't even know there was a "member introduction section".

BTW, you shouldn't be eating brownies. I'm the only person on this planet who gives out brownie points, and therefore, I'm the only one who can give permission to eat brownies. You must send me all your brownies by Priority Mail or risk immediate confiscation of your brownies by your local police.

All ur brwneez r belong 2 me.

Are you challenging me over brownies? You need to do better than that...

Hehehehe. I just made brownies. And poof. There goes my diet. Why do
I have to be such a kick arsenic sulfide baker? But they are wonderful. And cos this is In off topic wouldn't it be gross to have chocalate milk as your windshield wiper fluid in a black car. And when it's a hundred and ten degrees out and you bump the wiper button it squirts out chunks. Ew. On the topic of expired milk, once my friend drank milk so rotten it was spicy.
