Hello . My name is Paul , I'm a cuber from French , I recently got into cubing and I do 3×3×3 , 2×2×2 ,4×4×4 , mirror blocks , pyraminx , megaminx and other twisty puzzles

I still use the LBL method but planning to lean CFOP

Welcome! CFOP will be a great foundation. I don't know what you average but I use the algs from Jperm.net and this thread should help you a lot. https://www.speedsolving.com/threads/help-for-cubers-who-want-to-beat-sub-x-cfop.77867/

You will want to start out with 2 look OLL and PLL, then intuitive f2l, then learn PLL, then OLL, and then F2L (At least the way I was taught). Good Luck!

I avg about 25 secs with bigenners method but I'm finding cfop hard a little coz there are too much algs

I don't want to turn this into an alg discussion, but I personally use Alg.db, it's great!

I average about 10 seconds in 2×2×2
25 seconds in 3×3×3
2 minuts in 4×4×4 XD
6 seconds in pyraminx
And 2 minutes in megaminx
Theese are just wca events

Welcome! You can also learn Roux, or ZZ if you dont like CFOP, make sure to review all of them, maybe Roux, can fit you if you want some cool m slices at the end, or ZZ if you hate rotations, or maybe CFOP if you like algs!


Also you are faster than me and i use CFOP, there could be a chance that you are using F2L, and then using beginner method LL because its very hard to get sub 30 with LBL.

But thats with 4LLL, i said that he might be using F2L, and beginner method LL, not 4LLL.
Also your tps might be very fast, and hes a begginer so he might not have a high tps

I'm still sub 20 with beginner last layer and around 3 TPS
