Full Pll and OLL

I disagree, IMO, you don't need full oll to get sub 20. I average mid to low 16 and use 3lll. It is useful to learn, but not needed for sub-20.

I was just telling what's needed in my opinion. Its good if you learn 2lll, but as I said not needed.
