Just wanted to join this forum to broaden my mind and to learn,
cause I have to learn a lot !

I have a cube since christmas 2008, and my mean is 50 sec, but I'll probably improve with my next cube : a DaYan Zanchi, that I'll receive this year for christmas too.
Can't wait for it ! I am also trying to improve my blindfolded average, which is about 7:30.00, and I'd like to try FM... it's a lot of challenges !

I'm 16 old, and I'm studing physics at the university... I will be astrophysician, or will not be ! When I'm not training my speedcubing, I often go out whith my fantastic newton telescope and look for the beautiful Andromeda...

Back to Rubik's Cube, I hope I'll find all I need here, and perhaps be able to help you in return

Yes, and it's quite uncomfortable cause I'm not enable to do whatever I want without asking my parents :S
But nevertheless it's also an advantage because I'm gonna study for several years ;p

En te lisant, j'en déduis que tu parles beaucoup plus français qu'anglais, je me trompe? Je le vois de par tes tournures de phrases Mais bon, c'est la prof de français en moi qui parle!

J'adore aussi la physique. J'en ai beaucoup fait au cégep (l'équivalent de la terminale et de la première année du premier cycle en France). J'ai même pensé devenir prof de sciences... Mais c'est le français qui a gagné.

Dans quelques mois (si tout fonctionne!) je dois aller faire un stage en enseignement dans un collège à Créteil, dans le 94. Le plus drôle, c'est qu'ils ont un club de Rubik's! C'est un pur hasard, je ne le savais même pas quand l'école m'a contactée.

Pas d'erreur, je suis bien Française et j'ai conscience que mon anglais reste approximatif, bien que j'adore cette langue !
Au moins, comme je ne regarde aucune série américaine en VO, et quasiment aucun film au grand dam de ma prof d'anglais, passer un peu de temps sur speedsolving me fera peut-être progresser ! ^.^
La chance, un établissement avec un club de cube ! Malheureusement à la fac, y a pas grand chose qui bouge. C'est mort, alors pour tromper l'ennui je cube plus que jamais ! Et je forme quelques padawans plus ou moins doués...
