[Member Intro] Hello from a future BLD professional

I also absolutely dissgree with saying M2 "sucks", since its speed is comparsble to that of Turbo and the only real disadvantage shows up only when you're transitioning into 3Style: DF as a buffer leads into slower algs.
Even then, the disadvantage is minor, as the difference between buffers is negligible until you're at world class levels, and several people have shown that you can successfully switch buffers later on if you want to. M2 doesn't commit you to DF for life. On the other hand, M2 gives a nicer and easier transition into 3style because the single move swap means you're already half-way to doing 3style with M exchanges.

Anyway, as with most speedsolving methods, there is a lot of subjectivity and many different opinions out there, so OP needs to do his own homework, evaluate the options he's been given, and choose for himself.

I was originally going for TuRBo, but what would be a good method for corners? Does TuRBo have a corner method also?
It's not necessary to learn intermediate corners method - you can just start learning 3-style from corners, to replace OP while you already have a decent edges method.
But if you want to learn it - there are options "orozko" and "eka-corners". I don't think there is Turbo for corners.

I'm sort of confused. Is Turbo advanced or intermediate?
If it's intermediate, what should I learn when I get more advanced?

Turbo is intermidiate, but it's for edges not for corners. Advanced method is 3-style, for both edges and corners.
So for edges 3-style>Turbo or other intermidiate methods>OP
So again, most people learn intermediate method for edges, then 3-style for corners from OP, after finishing corners 3-style learn edges 3-style.

3-style is just algs. It will be easy to learn them after understanding commutators intuitive concept, you can watch Noah's videos to understand it: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF2ahQ91omyTosrOeYYsJJcQzhJD6rr9Z (I haven't watched it but most people say it's good)

Almost all algs are intuitive, that's why you should watch Noah's video, but only to understand, not to learn his algs because they are bad.

Best algs can be found in spreadsheets, UF/DF edges and UBL corners in Ishaan's: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...HtkJSHHbYHspilRsb097Fo08WA/edit#gid=179704021
UFR corners(uncommon buffer but some pros say it's better than UBL) are in Daniel's list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...fUq7jAAFta9qM9wydwfSrJOZWQ/edit#gid=733006078
