Hello! I'm a speedcuber from Poland and I bought my first ever cube in February this year. For several months I didn't think about becoming a speedcuber, I just thought it would be cool to be able to solve a rubik's cube. Since about 1 month ago I've actually gotten quite an interest in it, so I've started learning full Fridrich. I learnt about 9 OLL cases and 5 PLL cases within a week. My main problem is F2L, it takes me about 40 seconds per solve. My average is around 1 minute 10, and my PB is 52.61. Before, when I used the beginner's method, I had an average of ~45 seconds and a PB of 26.66, so it was kinda difficult to switch over, but I'm getting the hang of it. I hope I will soon become a sub-30 like all you cubers out there :P. Till then consider me a newbie.

Aside a 3x3, I can solve a 2x2, 4x4, Megaminx, Pyraminx and UFO octahedron.

P.S. I can also solve a 1x1, but my friend put the pieces in the wrong place and I'm too lazy to fix it ;P

I certainly hope so.

Also, I'm getting a V-Cube 2 tomorrow. I've been learning 3x3 corner-only solving for some time, so that will be exciting :)

Welcome! When I first learned Fridrich method my times were pretty bad too... about 52sec avg (with 2-look OLL and full PLL.) My F2L was awful. After 6 months practice I got to about 25sec average. Now after another 2-3 months I am nearing sub 20. I'm sure you can get there too.

Thanks for the kind words/tips. I really appreciate it. I'm also sure I can get there with enough practice. It's about patience, I guess. And I'm willing to wait. I hope I get to know the people around here and have fun :D.

Good attitude.
And BTW...
When people tell people to just lookahead and not do anything else, They're wrong. Just familiarize yourself, and when you're about 30-20 seconds, you can learn it.

Avoid Kirjava
Just kidding

I've already bought my 2x2. I just wanted the V-Cube for my collection. True, it's not the greatest, but it needs a bit of lubrication. Until then I'm using my LanLan, which I also bought.
