Hi I cant realy tell you my name since this is an internet sight ^^ but I am glad to get to know you guys.

I am fairly new to rubix cube, I got a rubix cube about 14months ago, and played with it for a week non stop XD that kinda well failed. I could get one side, so I got another rubix cube for christmas this year, and me and about 4 other people spent 4 hours working togeter figuring out the rubix cubes we all had. We did it!! that was about a month ago. then for the next week I solved it like 5 more times, but got frustrated because it only solved everyonce in a while, so I looked up what I was doing wrong O___O I was missing a 42 step algarithm. so I spent the next week memorizing it only to find out that their was a 6 step algarithem replacement. so now I am able to consistantly solve a rubix cube. my best time is 1min 32sec not very good but I am happy with it! and I can solve using f2l but I am still learning the petrus method, and oll, and plls. I also borrowed one of my friends 4X4 rubix cube yesterday, and within 4 hours learned to solve it!!! I cant solve by memory yet though.

I also do alot of art, and my favorit subject is math. :3 and I want to get a
5X5 rubix cube, and any other rubix cube product I can get my hands on

well nice to meet you!

Welcome to the forum!! But what exactly do you mean with that 42 step algorithm? And btw it's a Rubik's Cube not Rubix :) (http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8346&page=2)

I cant remember what the algarithm was, but their was some algarithm somewhere to finnish the rubix cubes last 2 peices off, and thanks I didnt know it was spelled that way XD I am bad at spelling

Ok well I always solved all but 2 peices, and I looked up an algarithem, and found a 42 step algarithem just to get thoughs 2 peices in place.

It wasnt an imposible state, because I could solve it from that point, but I just looked at a bad webisite and found the longest algarithem their was, I found out I was forgetting to get the yellow cross at the very end whice only used a 6 step algarithem not a 42 set one. it uses F, R, U, R', U', F'
