I've set myself to get my times sub-20 before the Euro Championships. And now I'm hoping you could help me to get to that goal. Now I average little over 20. Here's my average solve step by step:
Cross: 3.828
F2L: 10.584 (Intuitive)
OLL: 3.436 (I haven't laerned all of them mayby about half of them)
PLL: 4.873 (I'm still missing a good N-perm and two G's)
Total: 22.853
Where should I improve and how?

I'm at about the same stage as you now.
I'm at
F2L finished by 10-17 seconds.
OLL in about 2-4 seconds.
PLL is about 2-5 seconds.
The total is also about 21-25 on average.

you should probably learn the N and G. Then work on the PLL speed.
I only get about 5s on the N's and I know them. N perm sucks. It pops if you aren't careful.

as you get faster and faster, you have to start analyzing your own solves more carefully

to break achieve sub20, AT LEAST have a 10-13sec F2L, 2Look OLL, and average PLL execution (3sec or under)

Every step could improve by at least a second with little practice. Learn 1 new OLL/PLL each day. It won't have a big impact immediately, but will later.

14 second F2L is good enough to get sub-20, but you can take that down a couple seconds simply by minimizing your move count, avoiding delays, and improving lookahead. If you plan the cross out in your head before solving, and it takes you 3.8 seconds, you are moving too slow. If you can't plan the cross in your head yet, practice. Plan it out, close your eyes, and solve. Then work on planning out the cross quicker, and improve speed. Make cross as few moves as possible. Good luck.

well I dont use fridrich, but i'd say

work on your look ahead for the f2l
and work on your OLL and PLL speed
