Getting faster times?

Hello im new here on speedsolving forum but i already have a question!

I have a Rubiks storebought cube which i modified faster.
Yea really modified not like only lubing and things.
But back to the subject so i got a Rubiks storebought cube and im average sub-30
I know like 1/4 of all OLL so when i dont know i use 2-look
And know half of the PLL`s.

So if i get a Dayan Guhong and learn more algs can i get sub 20`s?
And without the algs?
