[Help Thread] Gan 356i play not registering turns right.

My gan 356i play sometimes doesn't properly register my turns if my ups is to fast, any ideas? it could be not charged all the way but I charged it last night.

EDIT!!! Just realized it doesn't really look accurate cause its just the software but at the very end of the video the cube irl is solved.

There are a couple of possibilities.
1) problem with Bluetooth connection
2) app bug
3) cube hardware issue

To know which it is you should provide more data. I think before you complain to Gan you should make effort to reproduce an error in the native app. It's unreasonable to expect Gan representative to guess what happens in cstimer
