Apparently the highest bid so far is already 2000 dollars! So if you want a bargain... good luck I guess.

EDIT, posted in the wrong subforum, should go down one more level. Can a mod please move this to Buy/Sell/Trade? My apologies for misplacing :S

[hr.mohr]

FOR THE WINNER: Please treat her with respect! It took me a while to take the decision to sell this cube...

That made me smile

[MaO]

OMG already at $2000.00 and still 4 days to go!
Congrats Erik

[mazei]

Erik will really have enough money to cover his future competition trips.

[amostay2004]

Sell WR cube --> Get money --> Go competitions --> Break WRs --> Sell WR cube --> Get money --> Go competitions.................................

Damn you're smart

[stiwi griffin]

it's a pity that you don´t ship to spain...

[masterofthebass]

he said he ships worldwide. Erik just fails at eBay, but he fixes his mistake in the item description.

[soccerking813]

Wow! $2000! Congrats!
I predit the final bid to be around $3,000-$4,000 if a few more people bid.

[stiwi griffin]

thank you, masterofthebass,my second step is to obtain 1,500€...

Yah I do fail at ebay.. at least I am not one of the users with like 100 items of the same stuff which never get any bid whatsoever

[AvGalen]

Erik is going to US Open?
Erik is going to BUY the Smart?
Erik is going to spend all the money on gas for roundtrips to Luxembourg?
Erik is going to buy Arnaud a Baileys!

Who said cubing had no money involved?
Sighs... Only if you're Erik Akkersdijk...

[rahulkadukar]

Well I would actually ask him to sign a cube for me and see how much I get.

[brunson]

I'd be afraid those aren't legitimate bids.

[Lord Voldemort]

That's sort of what I was thinking too.
But let's be optimistic

[abr71310]

Darn, I wish I had 2000 dollars... xD
or the ability to break a WR... ><

[tim]

Yep, me too. The bid history doesn't look realistic at all. Going from 200$ directly to 1000$?

[pjk]

I'd recommend you only allow people with 10+ feedback to bid.

Best of luck!
