Fisher Cube From Mefferts

In closing we like to mentioned that we will release the original legalized Fisher Cube the end of next week at US$14.00 including Free Shipping by Air from Hong Kong. Each puzzle will carry the official Designed by Tony Fisher and the Mefferts Challenge logo clearly marked on each Fishers cube, with Tony receiving his just Royalties on every one of his cubes manufactured. A first step in the right direction in our fight in helping all puzzle inventers not to be cheated out of their royalties by scrupulous Chinese copy companies, and we hope that many more puzzle Inventors will also ask us for assistance in protecting their Intellectual Property rights.

How will Tony get his royalties if he doesn't have a patent? Unless he did in the past few months.

That is the magic word. =P

"Supposedly" isn't the magic word. Meffert really does have permission from Tony.

Tony originally contacted Meffert in a hope to create a competing product. Meffert didn't want to do that, but using his "connections" he arranged a royalty to be paid to Tony for every puzzle sold. That includes the non-Meffert's ones.
