Find the weather balloons!

Yay! It is the 40th anniversery of the internet! Tommorow, there will be 10 weather balloons set up all over USA. You have to find the balloon, go to it, get the balloon number, and a person will give you the latitude and longitude. First to get the locations of all ten balloons win. The prize is 40,000 dollars! Wouldn't it be cool if the speedcubing community got it? Call your cousins and realtives! The search will be for six hours tomm. If you get any locations, then post on this thread!

Weather balloon description: Big round and red, about 8 feet in diameter, will be floating high in the sky.

Time: 10am ~ 4pm

Youtube are putting on a massive offensive to win this for charity. Trust me, they have a larger community. I wouldn't be suprised if 4chan and the like were involved too, although Anon can't do anything together.
