@Jorian Meeuse

I just broke my 4x4 single pb using yau :3

I got oll parity, it could be sub1:20

There is no 'scared' reaction available here, sadly :)
sometimes I get good times, sometimes I want to rage quit.

I just messed the cross, then I couldn't find edges then I got OLL parity then I messed pll some 2 or 3 times, then I messed the pll parity alg lol

I think the last time I did a solve so slow was when I was figuring out reduction in 2010

I'm seriously thinking in learning OPA in a distant future. I get OLL parity almost every solve.

I simply got algmnesia in the middle of an average.

My muscle memory broke and I couldn't do OLL parity alg.

I had to open speedcubedb to relearn it lol

Ok so I know most of coll but some cases are annoying like L, sune and anti sune

So I thought of learning a type of 1 look, 2 steps cll thing

I will learn recognition for the cases I didn't learn yet and learn which corners are swapped. If it's adj I do niklas, if it's opp I do fruruf and then solve the case with pure cll or coll and then ell

Then I'll just have to recognize and if it's a case I don't know the coll for, i will just do the cp/co combination without pauses

I'll do this for fun, and then I'll publish a document with the best combinations I found

Welp, lars petrus' site has this complete already. (He even has zbll and co+ep with this 2 Alg combo fashion)

If you know H and Pi colls, which are the easiest ones to recognize and execution is not bad too, your can do this:

if you have a cll case you don't know, you simply see what the F face color is and you check the ocll case with that and opposite color on the top layer. That is like hyperorientation, but you just solve the ocll for those colors and you'll get pi or h, that you already know how to solve the coll/cll case.

I will use this as fallback on slow solves : )

I now have to learn some easy ell cases to start with

Edit: but I still want to learn the nicklas/fruruf, pure cll combo I mentioned before. Do any 1 know where can i find a chart that has the permutations with arrows so it's easiest to learn? Instead of just patterns

so I'm practicing hyperorientation recognition for cll and I found it pretty easy.

I'm using the chart on the SS wiki, speedcubedb algs and my trainer that let me put the orientation I want.
I put the orientation on the wiki and I just generate the cases and try to recognize each one.

I'm trying to learn the rest of L with this recog system.
for the rest of coll I'll use the one I already know because recog is pretty easy (specially for pi and h)

I'm thinking in making a trainer that you get a cll case and you have to tell what type of swap you got.

you could use arrows to point if the swap is on left, front, right or back, D for diagonal and space for pure.
