Kind of hard to pick a favorite because they're all so much fun for their own reasons. Recently I've really been enjoying my Sun Cube and Pitcher Octo-Star puzzles. Also, Superantoniovivaldi's newest vids led me back to my F- Skewb and Master Skewb variants. He took a new approach to those puzzles that I'd never considered before.

Is the sun cube a mix of a 3x3 and a Fisher Cube? If so, that's super interesting.

Pretty much. It's a slightly simplified version of the Bagua cube (wishlist lol). Instead of having to do 90° turns, each face can make 45° turns. There is some internal bandaging that occurs but it makes for an interesting solve. After solving it a couple of times I started adding a few of my own ideas to the solve. It's a rather versatile puzzle because there are so many things that need to be done to fully reduce the pieces.

2x2x3 and ivy cube are awesome in my opinion
Those are the most trivial puzzles on the list, there is nothing "awesome" about them. They take almost no mental energy at all, someone with very little experience could learn it in a minute. Maybe I'm missing something but I'd like to know your reason for enjoying them so much.

It's like 2x2. The fact that they are so easy and take no time at all, makes them fun and enjoyable to solve.

2x2 WB Ao100 is 1.33. That's 1 and exactly 1/3 of a second. In five minutes there are 300 seconds, that is how fast we must solve these 100 2x2s.
100 x 1.33 is of course 133. We will round the thousandth to 0 for simplicity since we have no way of knowing what that was. Already we have used over a third of our time, almost half of it. But let's not forget scrambling or inspection.

Let us assume that Aamir Saifee (the ao100 WB holder) did not use a cube cover and started the solves right after scrambling. Scrambling takes about two seconds for a top 2x2 solver if you account for pickup. We will be generous and say 2.00. 100 x 2.00 = 200. 133+200=333. We are now at 5 minutes and 33 seconds, already over half a minute over your supposed claim on how long it takes to do an ao100.

Let's move on to inspection. Top 2x2 solvers usually take a generous portion of inspection to look at multiple different solution. This takes in between 8 and 14 seconds. We could draw a middle line and say 11-12 but I'll be nice an say the average is around 10 seconds of inspection. 10 x 100 = 1000. 1000÷60= roughly 16.66 minutes. 5.33+16.66=21.99, or 22 minutes.

Ignoring any other factors and assuming that you get a 1.33 average every time you solve 2x2 it would take at least 22 minutes, more than quadruple your claim. Little Pinocchio I will kindly ask you to withdraw from your obtuse claim and admit your wrongdoing. You are a liar, don't mislead people.
