fastest times with your worst cube

I was playing around with my very first storebought cube, and my average of 5 was 47seconds. so I was wondering, what are everyone else's times with their crappiest cube?

I averaged a 40.64 of 5 with an old 1981 Rubik's cube. It doesn't move at all.

It really is that bad. Normally a good single would be around the 18 second mark, not over the 01:18.00 mark! I think I had only solved it once before this, it was bought for 99p.

I have an awful £1 cube with plastic tiles on, weird colours, white opposite peach, blue opposite red and yellow opposite green.

I did a hand scramble > 37.75

I have a bunch of crappy never-lubed 80s cubes and don't know which is worst, so I just randomly chose one. It is not easy to do a turn using my wrists, and the sides are totally uneven.

I did one solve: 46.90 sec. Better than I thought it'd be.

Rubik's 5x5s aren't THAT bad.

I think the solve I do in this old video was on a Rubik's 5x5 (my main 5x5 used to be that brand back before I got a good ES). It's about 2:25 for the 5x5 part.

At the beginning I was afraid of pop but later I went faster and tried some fingertricks with huge lockups.. But no POP-s.. Looked for sub-30 and here it came
