Fastest ever 3x3 time or other puzzles

What is the fastest time someone has achieved solving (or claimed) apart from 3.13?

I mean outside of competitions:

1 it was recorded on phone so there is proof
2 it wasn't recorded but there were witnesses
3 the person just says 'I did it in 2 seconds honest'

Unrecorded: Yiheng's 2.13, followed by Luke 2.35

Smart Cube Scram (Basically not a real solve) A 1.05 by Yiheng, on a scramble that had a premade Xcross, and it had an LL skip

Yes, but there are cubers like Ezra Shere who think it’s fake because Kim did not have any footage before the solve. 2.45 is achievable time for him though.

Maybe he was recording his singles and recorded the 2.45, so this is what he wanted to share out of his other solves.

I had a friend in 2nd grade who said
"I cAn SoLvE a RuBiX cUbE iN 0.01 sEcOnDs ItS nOt FaKe"
Never showed us how, but he bragged about it ALL the time.
Brought a cube one day and told him to solve it.
He said
"I nEeD tO bE aLoNe"
I left him alone, and he proceeded to take apart the cube and put it back together in 23 minutes.
I think that's a LITTLE longer than 0.01

Nah, while there is good evidence to show the possibility that Kim is faking, it’s not crazy strong. I think either side has valid reasoning at this time.
